Description: In this module, you will gain basic understanding of techniques for adjusting and mentoring facility outcomes through staffing, cost ratios, program development, program integrity and community and resident outcomes. We will also discuss restorative programs and their impact on the quality of care for your residents.

105.1.2. Identify the 6 elements for change in rehabilitation services.
105.1.3. Match the 8 rehabilitation programs you can develop to enhance therapy care to your residents to their respective definition.
105.1.4. Identify the 5 creative approaches to improving community and resident relationships.
105.2. Demonstrate understanding of Restorative Programs and their impact on the quality of resident care.
105.2.1. Define Restorative Programs as outlined by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
105.2.2. Define Restorative Nursing Interventions as outlined by the Resident Assessment Instrument.
