Policies

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, corporate or personal check, or purchase order.

Confirmation

If you register online, your online receipt will serve as your registration confirmation. If you register by phone or mail, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via fax or e-mail within three business days of receipt of your payment.

Special Needs

If you have special needs, please contact us at least seven business days prior to your seminar start date. A representative can be reached at (210) 654-6744, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:30 pm Central Time, or e-mail us at registrar@ltcexecutivetraining.com to ensure your accommodation.

Hotel Reservations

Students are responsible for thier own lodging reservations. MPI, Inc. encourages you to take advantage of the discounted group rates offered by our partner properties. Please see individual class dates for a description of the property that is hosting the event. Please note that MPI, Inc. does not validate or reimburse for any parking expenses incurred.

Please see the individual class description for directions to that event.

Dress

Casual business attire is appropriate. Regardless of the season, a jacket or sweater may be appropriate, as temperatures in our classrooms tend to be cool. Outside of the classroom, San Antonio has very hot summers and mild winters, so plan accordingly.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, your organization may elect to send a substitue. Substitutions must be coordinated no later than 7 business days prior to the event. Substitution requests should be made via email to registrar@ltcexecutivetraining.com

Cancellations/Refunds

If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, you may request a refund.
Send refund requests to the registrar via email to registrar@ltcexecutivetraining.com or fax to (210) 654-6746. Refunds are subject to the refund scale below.

  1. Refund requests received 90 days or more prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.
  2. Refund requests received less than 90 days, but more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  3. We regret that our partner obligations preclude any refunds for cancellations received 30 days or less from the scheduled event.

Programs may be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. If MPI has to cancel a program, 100% of all paid fees will be refunded. In addition, if MPI cancels within 30 calendar days of a scheduled program, MPI will refund the purchase price of any non-refundable airline tickets for registered students, up to $250.00 USD per registered student.

Discounts

Organization Discount

Register three or more individuals from your organization at the same time for the same seminar and receive 10% off of the regular seminar rate.

Government Discount

DoD, federal, and state health care leaders are eligible for a 20% discount off the regular seminar rate. Please fax a discount request on official letterhead to the registrar at (210) 654-6746.

Complaint Resolution

Your satisfaction is MPI's highest priority, and we're confident that your experience with our company, our training, and our products will be a positive one. If we fall short of your expectations, we urge you to contact us in order to resolve the issue.
